“This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. “It is a brand new hotel so everything was in pristine condition. There was a wonderful scent all over the property. We got a room with abalcony facing Ponta da Piedade so we could see the sunset, although the property is a few blocks from there but you still can see the ocean. The included breakfast is EXCELLENT!!! It even had Champagne and Rose included. It is very quiet at night. I would only suggest some entertainment inside the property but 100% recommended!”

“The property was so clean and well maintained, we’re talking Four Season hotel level of cleanliness. The staff was good no complaints at all. The beach was absolutely breathtaking! The beaches in that area are known to be some of the most beautiful on the Mediterranean, and that’s so true. Pools were also nice and clean so are the decks and lounge chairs. Only thing is they are a bit cheap with the water. They only provide 2 small bottles per room in the room. At this level a shouldn’t have to……

“The location was good and the staff were friendly. While the facilities were a bit dated, overall the room was clean and spacious. There was occasionally a slight smell from the bathroom and some noise from the air conditioner, but the rooftop area was quite nice.”

“My husband and I spent a part of our honeymoon at Vale Do Lobo. We really enjoyed the accommodations. We had a private apartment with a pool, which was lovely. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants, golf, and the pool area. We even went to the beach one day. The accommodations were great! They provided us with espresso for the Nespresso machine. Gave us a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine. We had everything we could need at the apartment.”

“The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.”

“Bestes Frühstück überhaupt!!! Zimmer mit Ausblick aufs Meer ist endlich mal das, was man mit Blick aufs Meer (in dem Fall Ozean) bucht, bezahlt und erhält. Zimmer werden morgens und abends sauber gemacht, ideal mit Kleinkind und Sand. :)”
