“Very nice property and nice unit. The only issue was getting in and check out at the property and no instructions inside the unit or help/guide. Checkout process etc. We had like 6:30am checkout and we didn’t know where to drop the keys. There was no Dropbox. The main gates were gated and since we left the keys in the condo, there was no way to get out of the property. We had called a taxi and had to climb out of the property to reach airport on time. “Incredible experience. Great bar food. Very clean. They were still putting decals on the windows. The staff were kind, bright and attentive. Enjoyed our stay very much. “Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. “Capella das Artes is een mooi gelegen complex op een oude olijvenperserij. De 30 kamers zijn wel relatie ver van de receptie aan een lange gang. “This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!”
