### Studio(S7) @ LEKKI PHASE 1\. 24/7 AC. By NgoZiLiving 

Relax in this stylish studio apartment located in LEKKI PH 1\. It offers air conditioning, 24hrs Wi-Fi, NETFLIX (with your acc) DSTV and complimentary cleaning twice a week.  
It is very serene and secure and about 5 minutes walk to Imax cinema, Dowen University, Evercare Hospital, banks, restaurants, clubs. It is 4 minutes walk to the 24hrs Village Restaurant. Less than 5 minutes drive to Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge and Lekki Ph 1 Gate.

The accommodation  
Please note that the shower area in this apartment will be narrow for taller people, so you may want to book our other apartments with a larger shower area.  
  
Fully equipped kitchen with 2 gas burners table top, microwave, blender, pots, pan, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.  
Other remarks  
1)The bedroom mattress has 2 sides of soft and hard sides, so guests can request a side flip of their choice  
  
2)The shared laundry room at the back of the ground floor has a washing machine only (white color) and a combination of washer and dryer (black color) along with the ironing board and iron  
  
3)The shared gym, pool/tennis table is also at the back of the ground floor  
  
4)There is a mini shop in the neighboring building next to the apartment  
  
5)The Village restaurant which is about 3/4 minutes walk away is open 24/7 and can be contacted for delivery (please contact the host for their number)  
  
6)The street has a weekly access code for those arriving after 10pm. It will be given to guests upon arrival, but the host may also be contacted in case of late arrival of guests.  
  
7) This building is non-smoking and there is a penalty of $200
