Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again. We had another four days in Vanuatu and moved rather than sought to extend.

The staff are amazing, if not for this wonderful crew The Moso would not be what it is without them. Their beautiful smiles, they remember everyone’s names and ensure every part of your stay is catered for. Remember there are no shops near by other than the village shop which holds minimal items, so pack the extra nibbles and treats. The bistro at the resort ran out whilst we were there. Remembering you are on a secluded island & delivery of items can take time.

Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while trying to sleep at night. All mesh on windows had holes so got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes. Place is not as advertised at all. Pool is a lot smaller than pictured. Owner walks around the place and should be ashamed of himself! Taking people’s money when place is nothing like photos. This place is disgusting and not want you want on a holiday! Would never recommend this place to anyone! We walked out and went to stay at another place plus they refuse a refund of course.
