Sunshine filled 2 Bed/2.5 Bath condo only a short drive to OC's best beaches, restaurants, golf courses and more. Located in beautiful Laguna Niguel nestled between Dana Point and Laguna Beach, you will love the amazing location, great views and relaxing atmosphere.

Enjoy the walking/bicycle path to Salt Creek Beach, located right by the Ritz-Carlton and the Monarch Beach Resort. A getaway perfect for couples, families with kids, business travelers or solo adventurers.

We completed this full top-to-bottom renovation in Feb 2017 with all the details to best anticipate your needs. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here.

This is a quiet, top-floor, corner unit 2bed/2.5bath condo that comfortably sleeps 5 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sofa-bed). The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio overlooking the beautiful golf course. Soak up the sun at our clubhouse pool or enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi.

The condo comes with a private parking garage located directly outside the unit, that will fit 1 large car/SUV. The community has ample free parking if you need more.

The location is in the beautiful La Vista community, with a 5-minute drive to the nearest beach. Take a 10-minute drive to lively downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point Harbor. There is also a open air trolley at your service about 1-mile from the condo ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free.

The condo is also conveniently down the street from the luxurious El Niguel Country Club golf-course and tennis courts, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, and many great restaurants. Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas are just a short 5 minute drive.

Thanksgiving stay

Very clean property and within minutes of Salt Creek Beach and Dana Point. It was perfect for us as we have family close by in Monarch Beach. Would stay here again. Thanks John.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals and breakfast every day. The view from the master bedroom and from the balcony are just beautiful looking over the golf course. Property community center has a wonderful pool, spa and weight room. The Location of the property is very centrally located. Just a few minutes drive to the beach and just a few minutes from all of your favorite local restaurants and amenities. We would definitely stay there again

Nice area

The area was pretty and quiet. The views were beautiful. The pool area was nice and had a grill. The garage was nice but tight so don’t bring a large car. It is as great to have the half bath downstairs. The only negative were the curtains. They are sheer in the bedrooms and there are not blinds. I have trouble sleeping when it is not dark.

Cant use balcony because of AC unit. No tissue that i could find. Garage is very difficult in squeeze into for a large person would be impossible getting out of car. Im a small lady and it was not easy. No other parking is available close to unit except outside of complex about a block away…. and there is rarely a spot available if you wanted it. Guest parking far. AC worked great. Convenient location.

GREAT WEEKEND!

Excellent location. Clean. Safe and quiet. Easy process to check-in/out. John was easy to communicate with. The internet was slow (if you have to do any work) and the washer and dryer needs a little love. Overall, I'd stay again.

The condo has two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The living room/balcony has a wonderful view overlooking the golf course. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The one small issue I had was that I drive a full size crew cab pick up truck which was to long to fit in the garage and necessitated me to park on the street. If you have a regular size car this would not be an issue and could park in the garage close to the front door. The whole place has a bright airy feeling and a joy to stay at.

Parking was challenging. Location is quiet and restful. However, proximity to water/beach is far.
