Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront resort located on Kahana Beach. A wonderful sandy beach make entry easy and is great for snorkeling, turtle spotting, and swimming. The beach width may vary with tide conditions and season. Just within walking distance is also Pohaku Beach, a wonderful sandy beach! The resort features a heated pool and BBQ area and there are no resort or parking fees.

Valley Isle 1207 does not have A/C, is a Studio condo situated on the top floor, and can accommodate up to 3 guests. The resort has elevators, so access is easy to this 12th floor condo. This condo is decorated with light and cheerful colors, creating a bright beach ambience. Enjoy morning coffee, stunning sunsets and whales breaching during the winter months from your private lanai. This spacious Studio condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV (with cable and DVD entertainment), and a convenient desk. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The large lanai offers plenty of seating with table and chairs for four. This is the perfect place for dining al fresco!

Direct oceanfront property offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai, and take in the brilliant tropical sunsets. Sitting on your private lanai you' love having your morning beverage and watching whales breach and frolic with their young during the winter months.

We will have available in the condo for your convenience a beach towels and a beach chair for each guest, plus a cooler to bring to the beach during your Maui visit! The resort next door is just a few steps away and offers a beach area also, with an outdoor pool side grille restaurant, and a variety of beach and children friendly items for rent.

Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

Aloha and Mahalo!! We loved the condo!! We Can’t wait to go back! Everything we needed was provided. First of all, the view we had, was Amazing!!! We are missing our breakfast at the patio every morning, seeing the sea turtles and for the first time whales! The sound of the Ocean , the Beautiful sunsets , our walks by the beach every day. We normally don’t stay in our room much when we visit! However the weather was horrible! Lots of strong wind and rain. So with that being said, the view is spectacular but the overall experience in the room was average. The sofa was hard and smelled stinky. Could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom toilet was very little low with low water pressure. Very strong urine smell also even after flushing. The kitchen has very basic utensils but has most appliances. Dish soap and sponge wax provided. The room is a studio with a Murphy bed that wasn’t the most comfy but ok. I will say the room was stocked well with linens and towels and the closet had chairs, umbrella and cooler. There are 2 sets of fins 10-12 men’s and 5-7 female and 2 full faced masks. I wouldn’t book again but overall it was ok but definitely not a 5 star.

Maui Whale Watching Trip
The view from the balcony was amazing! We saw lots of whales, turtles and even a seal from our balcony. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! One of the elevators was down and we were on the 12th floor but we didn’t have too much of an issue with it. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating but we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect Maui Getaway with a FANTASTIC View!
As a single traveler this location was perfect. The studio was the perfect size for me, spacious but not too large. The kitchen was well appointed, there were plenty of towels, and if you desire even beach toys. The unit was very clean and the communication level of the property management company was perfect. The big draw for me was the lanai and oceanfront view and I was blown away. As a matter of fact, I am typing this review from the lanai this morning before check-out....I don't want to go!!!! There is no AC however I enjoyed the breeze from the Tradewinds and felt very comfortable though the days were warm. I enjoy sleeping to the sounds of the ocean. Lastly I will say that the beach and waves are amazing. This is important to me as I hear that some beaches have closed due to erosion. The pool area is a little tucked away from the beach but it is still a decent space. If you don't require a lot of space, this is the perfect property. I have nothing but great things to say, and I plan to return.

Beautiful, Amazing Location
Aloha!! This was an amazing property to stay at! I loved that it was on the very top floor (12th floor) and it had such a great view of the ocean! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the studio was actually larger than it appears in the pictures when I booked it! If/when I return to Maui I would definitely love to stay here again, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family!!

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. Conveniently located to several good restaurants and walking distance to stores. Great beach access and peaceful pool. Kitchen is well appointed. Towels and linens were nice and everything was clean. We would love to stay here again!!

Amazing! The views of the ocean were unbelievable. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.
We had a wonderful time on our trip and the condo was perfect. The property was clean and everyone was so nice. We get welcomed the moment we stepped in. The views of the ocean were magnificent and exactly what we were looking for. No matter where you stand in the Condo, you can hear and see the ocean. To our surprise, the Murphy bed was quite comfy and the ceiling fan, along with the breeze kept the condo at a great temperature. Without a doubt, we will be back!

We liked 1207 a lot. It was fun to watch the ocean from that far up.
We left the Murphy bed down during our stay. Of course, it's always nice to have the best bed possible, room for improvement there. Also, it would be good to have at least one slim pillow for the bed. We had a number of people smoking from their lanais on floors below us. No clue which rooms or floors. Your team member was at our door at 11:00 as promised. She was very nice. We had been ready to leave the room at 10:45 and had gone down to check twice to see if we could get a luggage cart, to no avail. She offered to go try to find one. When she returned around 11:05 with a cart, we were waiting out in front of our room for her. My phone rang at 11:08, and the woman on the phone announced to me that her staff member had called her to say that we were not out of the room yet. Again, we were standing out of our room on the walkway waiting for the luggage cart when I got that call. It was a very stiff call that didn't feel right, as all of our dealings with your VRBO organization had always been positive.

Very nice place with beautiful ocean view
The condo is located at a nice peaceful location and away from all the hustle. The view from the balcony is simply beautiful. No need to visit any fancy restaurant for ocean view lunch/dinner. The owner are also very helpful and provided all the details well in advance making checking in and out very easy. The only missing thing we felt was washer/dryer inside the condo. We would definitely like to stay here again if we plan to visit Maui in future.

The view is absolutely beautiful
There were all the amenities that you would need to stay, some snorkel gear we used, the boogie board and a small cooler. There is no air-conditioning, but we were able to get enough air to sleep comfortably with a fan that was in the unit, bringing the air in from the patio. The ceiling fan overhead was moved the air over the bed well. We were not in the room during the day, it would’ve been too hot. The location was nice but there is no beach, we had to drive a few miles to get to the beach.

The condo was super clean at our arrival. The view from the balcony is exceptional. The condo is small but has everything you need. Beach chair, body surf and cooler were provided. The property is clean and has nice garden. We enjoyed the sound of the sea while in the bed ( there is no air conditionning but you get to enjoy the breeze from the sea). The condo is well located and there is short distance to very nice beaches, snorkeling spots.

Our stay at valley isle 1207 was beyond dreamy. The condo had and amazing views as promised and we loved waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean. It had everything we needed to make our vacation easier from kitchen ware to beach chairs. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Wonderful 10 Days
We really enjoyed our May 2018 stay in 1207. The studio is cute and clean and the kitchen has all the pots and utensils and other supplies we needed. But it’s the view from that really makes this property special. That was our priority and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful even when it’s overcast and cloudy. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the bed was very hard to the point where our backs complained well into the day. However, we prefer softer beds so I think this is highly individual. All in all, this is a great place to stay and, with the bed caveat, I’d enthusiastically recommend 1207.

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Perfect view, ocean scenery and ocean sounds!
We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation! There wasn't one hassel or area for concern. We were grateful for the cloud cover while we were on Maui. The unit does not have AC. So, if it had been sunny, it would have been hot! We used the fans in the unit and we were quite comfortable.
