Onsite resort staff - AMAZING

The condo was exactly what we had envisioned. Very comfortable for a family of 4 and included everything necessary for days at the beach. The staff at the property were extremely friendly and worked constantly to keep the entire property clean! We were stranded at this property during the early days of the terrible fire and the resort staff did everything they could to keep guests informed and as comfortable as possible.

Clean and well appointed

Nicely suprised at the cleanliness comfort and funtionality of the unit. We had everthing that we needed so we could jump right into vacationland! Love Papakea Resort for a chill atmosphere - not commecial like most resorts. Would recommend.

Fabulous condo for a fun week with the girls!

This condo was well equipped with all of the necessities needed for a week with the girls! We appreciated having a well stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms and plenty of sand chairs for the beach. This condo was located in the perfect area for beach walks, dipping in the pool and watching the Maui sunsets at night. I would highly recommend this condo to couples or families. The property managers were efficient, welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect!

Wonderful Stay at Papakea

Great place for a family reunion

Mostly enjoyed our stay. Papakea had a quiet relaxed atmosphere, well kept grounds and pool areas and friendly, approachable staff. It was nice to have lots of family friendly activities to enjoy. The beach next door was not too busy, sandy at far end with some reef to explore. Kaanapali beach is a short walk away but we chose to drive so we could take beach gear. Close to cafes, healthy food market and groceries. We were pleased with the layout of our condo and water views from the balcony and main bedroom. On the downside, we were disappointed not having beach towels for two days and the challenge to get some after being told there were photos of them sitting on the beds. We were never supplied tea towels and a cooler arrived only after we requested it. Over all we enjoyed our stay but as our group rented other condos and had a comparison I would probably choose a different one next time.

Fantastic Stay

You don't get a better Maui experience - private manicured grass to a sea wall. Sunrises and sunsets beyond spectacular. Snorkeling and beaches and of course pool time!

Maui Condo

Great place to stay for your Maui trip. They have beach towels and beach chairs, the condo is decorated in a great way. My checking in process was not the best, it was kinda of a rude experience and very rushed. The condo itself has AC units in the living room and in the rooms, including fans. It truly feels like a home away from home. The condo doesn't have much of a beach, it's very small. My only issue was that it was not as clean as I would like to receive a place. It is outdated in the bathrooms—but there is hot water with good pressure. Overall, I would stay here again.

Papakea Resort G302

We had a great time during our stay at Papakea Resort. The grounds were beautiful and so well kept. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed (the only additional item that would have been nice to have is a small cooler to use during our stay). We loved walking to the boardwalk and spending time at the restaurants and beach. My Perfect Stays was fantastic about communicating, keeping us informed and providing activity information. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely visit again.

Wonderful week!

The condo was perfect for us. The view of the ocean was great, we were able to watch a humpback whale breach one evening from our balcony. Within walking distance are several food trucks, a grocery store and Slappy Cakes which has an amazing breakfast. The parking lot seems to fill up pretty quickly, although we were able to find a parking space every evening. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we return.

Very disappointed at checking in The girl barely gave us the time of the day Had to get the phone call while we still had questions. The grounds of the resort are beautiful making up for the non beach access. Master bedroom is nice. The rest of the unit is very small with too much clutter. Very small TV. Sorry for my honest review.

Great little Condo

This unit has all you need for a great family vacation. The location of the unit has a partial ocean view from the master bedroom and patio. Kitchen fully stocked with all you need for a meal for 6.

Great stay!

Great location with beautiful sunset views. Clean suite and easy check-in process. We really enjoyed the pool, pickle ball and hot tub. We would have appreciated more reasonable supply of dish soap/toilet paper/laundry soap. Would recommend!

VERY NICE AND CLEAN

The condo had nice decor and clean no complaints, or maybe just one but not a big deal. the wall plug in the kitchen the left side by the sink didn't work, just mentioning it cuz the coffee pot would have been much easier to work with on that side but we couldnt do it. one more thing the carafe to the coffee maker is too small i had to hold it up to get the coffee to drip into the carafe which was an inconvenience & the spare coffee pot doesnt work at all. I suggest they buy a new coffee pot and fix that outlet. We did enjoy our stay and the comforts of the condo.

Unit G302 was OK, but a little tired.

We have stayed at Papakea several times and it never disappoints. The staff are fantastic and the property is always extremely well maintained. Unfortunately, that didn’t translate into suite G302. It felt a bit tired and in need of some maintenance/refresh. -When we checked in there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. -We had 1 single wine glass -The coffee maker didn’t work because the carafe was from a different brand of machine. -The dryer is in need of service as the as the lint trap and access panel were loose. When we brought some of the concerns the property management, they did a great job at quickly trying to address them. They were very responsive. Overall our experience was okay, but we were a little let down given the price we paid. Thanks,
