This is a unique property located on a functioning winery and cranberry farm — you’ll experience true rural charm with open land, wildlife, and seasonal farming activity.
- Gatherings exceeding 8 guests must be notified in advance.
- Overnight guests must be included in the booking.
- Avoid cooking foods with strong odors
- Visitors must NOT make excessive noise, MUST take away all trash, and MUST vacate at 11PM. Visitors are NOT permitted past 11PM.
- MAX of 15 visitors. Note: 24/7 CCTV is active at the entrances.
- If extra cleaning is required after checkout (e.g. sticky floors, excessive trash left behind, etc.), an additional $500 cleaning fee may be charged.
