The beach is the better in the property. Food is very good. Staff and animation very good. Yesenia la pequeña "excelent massage" Construction in the area, no appropriate for the gests. Air conditiner and mini bar don't work well.

The food options were really good and the quality, flavor. The property has internet access anywhere and fast enough speed. The bed is ok, but could be more comfortable, my wife and child does not rest as we hope. In general the hotel is very nice and we can see an operating system working, all staff aligned and work concentrated. They really take care about people’s in the hotel.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the resort. The resort is very clean and very organized. My family and I just were let down when we were told only 1 reservation for our 3 night stay at the al carte restaurants. Pool, Bars, and Reception staff are all very friendly, just wish the same for Restaurant and Buffet staff. Bed options were great and food options at Buffet were top tier. Entertainment is the best this hotel has to offer though they made it alive. Nightlife I recommend more to go out of hotel or bring games to play with family in the outdoor section near bar. Iverall stay was a 9/10!

Check in was very easy. Make reservations ahead of time for dinner. Only allowed 3 reservations? A little weird. Dinners were very good. A lot of flies present in buffet area. A little gross. Family did enjoy stay a lot. Have two young kids who enjoyed trip as well.

The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.
