I stayed here from 4/16-4/21 while on vacation to Krakow Poland. The positives were that the room was clean, they did clean my room everyday, which was nice. The staff were not as welcoming as I had wished they were. I did ask if I room was ready early, sharing the fact that I had not slept on the way in due to a screaming baby on my flight, and I was denied. I waiting a couple more hours, asked again, and was yet denied. The second time I asked, it was around 1:30 pm. Also, had a charging bank for my phone. As I was trying to make sure I had the right adapters, and was confused a bit, I was not helped at all, and was sent on a goose chase, only to be told by the same reception desk staff that day that my charging bank was useless. Thankfully, it was not. Getting transportation from this location is hit or miss (ie Bolt or Uber) Most of the time, I had to walk to another location to catch these modes of transport. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Very rude staff.

The hotel is very well located close to the old city and has very comfortable rooms and great breakfast

exceptional in every way, clean, great breakfast options, staff friendly and helpful. perfect location to stroll into city centre or 5 min max walk to train station for visiting tourist attractions.

The staff were superb! Very helpful and prompt with responses even before arrival. Perfect location for access, yet very quiet.

Lovely large room. Immaculately clean and comfy bed. Really good location.
