"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"J’avais utilisé une nuit bonus et payer le complément préalablement je n’aurais du avoir à régler seulement la taxe de séjour À mon arrivée ils m’ont demandé le règlement intégrale en me disant que rien n’était payé Puis dans un deuxième temps je me suis rendu compte j’ai demandé le remboursement parallèlement je devais bénéficier d’un grand lit j’avais des lits jumeaux Il a fallu que je leur signale pour qu’il me change de chambre enfin je devais avoir vue montagne je n’avais la vue rue...

"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...
