We are a dog friendly home and we are more than happy for you to bring your small/medium sized dog with you. There are some local walks around the town and much more a short drive away. Local pubs are dog friendly. However, we do charge an additional £30 per stay for your dog. We do ask guests not allow their pets into the bedrooms.
The home is ideally located to explore the coasts, villages and moors all of which are a short drive away. Beaches and harbours can be reached within 30-45 minutes and Bodmin and Dartmoor are even closer. After an action-packed day, be welcomed back by the clean stylish interior which houses everything you will need for a break with loved ones away from hustle and bustle of many tourist centres. Launceston is a peaceful and quiet town with many amenities within walking distance including pubs, cafes and shops.
The property comprises of a front door entry direct into living room area which also contains dining table and chairs. Directly off this in one direction is the self contained kitchen area. The other door leads to 2 separate bedrooms. Bedroom one contains a double bed with seating area. Bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds. At the rear of the property is the bathroom which contains toilet, sink and a large shower.S Guest access Guests have full and sole access to the front parking area, front patio/sitting area and the whole of the property which is self contained and Private. Other things to note The house is situated in a quiet residential area so we ask that guests respect the location when it comes to noise.
We ask that Stag and Hen parties or similar find other locations.
There is ample parking for 2 cars and we asked that you park in these allocated spaces as other parking areas are restricted for the use of other residents.
