"Beautiful location and huge room for a family of four, but no air conditioning and it was a heat wave. They did give us one fan and we slept with the windows wide open with the curtains drawn over them as we slept, but no screens in Europe and very loud with people out drinking and motorcycles ripping around. Staff were lovely and helpful. Just don't stay here in a heatwave. "

"The hotel was just outside Caen in a quiet little village. The drive to Caen for our tours was lovely and scenic. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are simple but spacious and have large baths with great showers and it appears that they were recently renovated. While we did not have breakfast, there is a bright breakfast room with a lovely spread. There is also a small sitting room where you can enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine. The staff was quite friendly and helpful."

"We loved this little property! The first night we stayed in an upstairs bedroom with a loft. The second night was on the first floor in an ADA compliant room. The first floor is highly recommended if you are an over packer like me! The room was large and the bathroom was huge! We really appreciated the towel warmer after a cold/rainy day. The bed and room itself were very comfortable. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Bayeux is a quaint little town with excellent shopping, dining and people. We would definitely stay here again. "
