“Very nice property in a very fun part of town. Many cafes and restaurants nearby and super easy access to the metro. The owner was very nice and helped with our stay. The 10th is an interesting, provincial part of Paris. Cute place and reasonably priced- The only caveat is for taller people w lowish ceiling on the stairs. ”

No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente...

“Very comfortable apartment in a great location for the train station - easy access into Paris city centre and Disneyland”

“Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!”

“We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. It was also nice being on the 5th floor, accessible via an elevator, and we really enjoyed the...
