Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. The receptionist that were on shift on Monday 22nd morning was unpolite and uncaring when she asked me and my boyfriend to leave the lobby area (not even close to her desk) while we were waiting our Uber and the weather was really freezing outside.
