“We loved our stay! We really liked the historic feel of the building, and the location was great, very easy to access Main Street and the Mineral Belt Trail, which we ran on in the morning. The owner was very responsive; we asked about getting a smoke detector fixed because it had been chirping throughout the night, and she had a maintenance guy at our door in 15 minutes. We were so pleased with how quickly she was able to help us with that. The unit was well-kept, clean, and comfortable,……

“The cabin was probably nice in itself. I wouldn’t know because I never checked in My concern was the property. Poorly maintained and very trashy outside. I did go into the office and it was filthy. Whoever was running the place that I talked to was poorly dressed also. I’m in no way trying to condemn his attire. It could very well be all he had. I’m just saying, that he wasn’t dressed as management and the property matched”

“This property is perfect for a stay in Leadville for a single person, couple or perhaps even a small family. It's great to have all the amenities of home at a price that's better than some of the cheapest hotels in town. The location is super convenient and very close to downtown which was great. A very cozy stay and pretty spacious for a one bedroom. I would 10/10 recommend and will very likely return!”

“We were told that it would be ok to check in late. We thougt someone would be on site. It was late and dark. No one was there and office was closed. We didn't have any instructions to get in. We had to rent a room at another hotel for the night. It was 3 1/2 hours into the next day that we finally has a maitenance man show us where the key was. This was after several calls. She said that she had sent check in information after we made reservation. We did not get it. We loved the unit we rented.……
