I had wrote them about not having pets and we ended up in a pet friendly room. We're allergic. We didn't book a room for pets. And we felt like we were treated like we did something wrong for booking it. We had people that said they could trade reservations with us since we have allergies. Love the front desk staff, location and the complimentary breakfast. Husband was looking forward to the biscuits and gravy, but that wasn't an option this go round. Rooms could use an updating to fixtures, appliances. Toilet took multiple flushes to clear. We really like this hotel/location.
