"Very clean and friendly"

"We have rented this property on numerous stays, maybe 5 if I had to guess, and we stay with our entire family right prior to school starting. Our kids have such a blast fishing off of the dock, watching the geese when they visit. We take out our boat and enjoy the lake, and typically stay up late playing board games and cards - the dining table is perfect for game night. The home is always clean and well equipped with extra blankets, towels and basically anything you could need. I am always a big fan of the crock pot provided for slow cooked sausage after a long lake day! The hosts are always such a pleasure - fast responses and always very friendly to our big bunch on anything we might need. The Harper family loves Bellvue and will definitely be back for future stays."

"Highly recommend! We loved our stay at "Decked Out" on the southern end of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. We got engaged on the huge deck overlooking the lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat that allowed us to fish and sight see several times always to return home to cool off in the in deck tub. "This place was super cozy and clean! Plenty of space outside. The host was quick to respond and very polite. The boat launch was only about a mile and half away, however you amcab see the water through the trees. Just beautiful! We will definitely be back. "

"The house is even better than the pictures! Very spacious and comfortable. So many different areas to hang out and play games and cook! There are a few other houses on the same property available to rent as well, so the dock and grounds are shared. Makes a great place for multiple families wanting to stay together. "This is probably the nicest hotel in Deridder. That's probably not saying much since the other hotels are Oyo and America's Best Value but I had no problems and it was clean. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly."

"Clean little cabin - AC works well- trundle beds are comfortable- the internet didn’t work - but wasn’t that big of a deal - my grandson wasn’t happy (10) but we just just slept there. I think it’s a little over priced but I get supply and demand. All in all it was safe and we slept with a roof and AC and indoor plumbing. "
