Hotel murah yang tak terawat

Kurang lebih 5 th yll saya pernah ke hotel ini, walau sederhana tapi menyenangkan.. Beberapa tahun terakhir saya agak heran dg harga yg murah... ternyata yg saya temui jauh sekali dg bayangan saya... Kamar seperti tidak terawat, seprei penuh bercak, bahkan cangkir full debu! Kami check on pkl 12-an, tapi tdk boleh masuk kamar.. jadi kami hanya nitip koper dan berpesan kalau bisa saya minta di lantai bawah, kalau tidak minimal dekat lift. Ketika saya masuk kamar sekitar jam 9 malam, kami ditempatkan di lantai 5 dg kamar paling ujung terjauh !! Keterlaluan...

Not very clean

The best thing about this hotel was probably the friendliness of the staff. Other than that, it doesn't have much going for it. It's not very clean at all, and the location is not great. Would not recommend.

Very good cheap room

Staff were great, really helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were lovely! Definitely recommend. Quite difficult to find as fairly tucked away off a quiter road

The service wasn't great and the staff were not really attentive to guest request. The swimming pool looked so dirty, the water was brown, no wonder no one was using it, including myself. Room were clean.

the hotel is new. so the room service was based on request. You should leave your room key to the receptionist and ask them to clean up your room and provide new towel if you need.
