O parque de estacionamento fica no mesmo edifício e o preço é muito justo (15€ por dia). A localização é excelente, a 300-400 metros da estação. No rés do chão tem um supermercado onde podemos fazer as compras sem deslocação. O ponto menos bom é a falta de climatização, as noites são muito quentes e apezar de haver uma ventoinha, esta é muito barulhenta.
