Great hotel close to everything and not noisy. Huge rooms, comfy beds and lifts big enough to two bicycles in with panniers! The staff were friendly and quick to check us in.

Flawless experience

I should just have known to go right down Ritterstrasse, then it wouldn't even be necessary to ask at the reception. The underground parking lot is with charging for EV's (would have been nice to know). Check-in was fast despite landing on top of what seemed to be a Chinese youth orchestra. Really nice rooms with excellent beds and pillows (for my taste). Yes, there are trams outside, but barely noticeable, we all slept wonderfully. The kids missed pancakes at breakfast, but there was applause for quality of the bacon and eggs combo.

Zimmer zur Hauptstraße raus, ab 5Uhr morgens an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken… Straßenbahnen fahren im 1-Minuten-Takt. Ich hatte schon die Erfahrung und habe auf Nachfrage trotzdem kein anderes Zimmer bekommen, die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, die Fenster sind mit Schallschutz, lächerlich…auch kein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten. Für 2 Personen ist das das normale Doppelbett mit einer Decke zu klein. Desweiteren war am 2. Tag nur ein Aufzug verfügbar, auch dafür keine Kompensation nur die Bitte um Verständnis, nicht akzeptabel….

Wir haben spontan gebucht und ein Dz mit Zustellbett gebucht. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage waren bei unserer Ankunft alle belegt, wir durften aber auf Nachfrage auf einem E Auto Tankplatz stehen. Unser Zimmer in der 7. Etage war sehr sauber und modern. Für ein bis zwei Nächte okay, ansonsten wäre mir das Zimmer zu klein.

Parkgaragen-Zufahrt sehr schmal, Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, für einen Städte-Trip oder Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend. In den unteren Etagen hört man die Straßenbahn Recht deutlich. Beim Frühstücksbuffet dürfte für Jede:n etwas dabei sein,frisch/sauber/ansprechend aufgebaut .lediglich eine größere Auswahl frisches Obst (außer Obstsalat) hätte ich mir gewünscht. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Fußgänger-Zone, Lage top!
