Surf, Sun & Serenity – 2BR Beachfront Home at Playa Tesoro
- Welcome to Casa Azul — a charming western-style bungalow in Salinas Grandes, Nicaragua. This bright, open-plan retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and two air-conditioned bedrooms. Step outside to a large shaded patio overlooking the beach and ocean, enjoy the privacy of your own newly installed pool, and relax beneath newly planted young trees that will grow to enhance shade and tropical ambiance. Ideal for 2–4 guests.
The space
Sleeps up to 4: one queen bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other; both bedrooms have A/C.
Living room also has A/C and a TV.
Three sets of French doors create seamless indoor/outdoor living and maintain beach views in any weather.
New private pool on the property and newly planted baby trees around the patio for future shade and privacy.
Outdoor shower added so you can rinse off before entering the pool.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and grounds. Onsite staff are available to assist.
Arrival / check-in
Please check in at the Playa Tesoro office on arrival. Our manager will escort you to Casa Azul, provide Wi‑Fi access, and review the rental inventory.
Important information for your visit
What to bring: Mosquito repellent and sunscreen are recommended.
Getting here: Contact us before arrival for a map and current driving directions. Roads are improving; a 2WD vehicle with high ground clearance is recommended.
Kitchen essentials: Dishes, cutlery, and glasses are provided for the maximum occupancy. Additional small appliances are available to rent at Tienda Tesoro.
Tienda Tesoro: Our onsite store carries snacks, canned goods, grains, and drinks (no fresh vegetables or meats).
Security deposit: A $100 refundable deposit is collected at check-in and returned at check-out if there’s no damage and the property is left in good condition.
