You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Gîte located in a quiet and peaceful place, surrounded by nature,
at the foot of hiking trails.
You will be quiet, ideal to relax or enjoy the surrounding natural surroundings.

Lodging of 80m ² entirely renovated, composed of a big main room of 40m ² with equipped kitchen, living room and corner chimney.
On the floor, a parental room on the landing, a room of bath-toilet, and a room for children-baby.

You can also enjoy the terrace of 22m² on stilts which will give you a magnificent view of the valley.
And if you are patient and observant, maybe you will attend some scenes of animal life ... (deer, deer, partridges, pheasants ...)

A vegetable garden is at your disposal with seasonal vegetables

In the town center 3 minutes, you will have the bakery, a pharmacy, a cafe / restaurant.
In the summer, a supervised beach at the edge of the Creuse is waiting for you.

Très partagée quant à notre nuitée dans ce gîte. Je trouve le rapport qualité/prix un peu discutable. Les plus: La tranquillité, la communication avec les propriétaires, la vue de la terrasse, la multitude d'ustensiles de cuisine, la literie, les animaux autorisés, le stationnement Les moins:La vue sur le côté du gîte: entrepôt grand ouvert avec des affaires, de l'outillage... ça gâche la magnifique vue et impossible de laisser le chien en liberté sans qu'il n'y aille. Il faisait caniculaire (évidemment pas de la faute des propriétaires) mais pas un ventilateur, chambres dans la mansarde donc impossible de dormir. Le fauteuil mériterait bien un petit nettoyage et la salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée après les locataires précédents (poils dans douche, poubelle pas vidée) une vieille paire de lentilles sur le meuble.. La propriétaire s'est excusée car c'est d'habitude elle qui prépare le gîte mais c'était exceptionnellement son époux. Les autres avis etant très bons pour la propreté, je pense que je suis un cas isolé. La terrasse est très grande avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et nous avons eu la chance de voir des animaux sortir du bois à la tombée de la nuit !

Séjour très court d'une nuit dans un logement agréable, propre doté d'une grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la campagne environnante. Propriétaires sympathiques .

Endroit agreable et isolé. Idéal pour un arrêt au calme. Aménagement de l’étage différents que compris sur le site. Peut être intéressant de mettre un plan pour une meilleure compréhension des espaces. Accès aux chambres du haut sans porte. Escalier en bois bruyant. Pas un problème pour nous, mais peut être pour les oreilles sensibles… Bonne Communication avec le propriétaire qui vient sur place.

Zalig rustige stop op weg naar het zuiden

Warme ontvangst in een oase van rust en groen. Terras met weids panorama. Opgelet: het huis is slechts uit één richting bereikbaar, niet langs beide kanten van de weg.

au calme

Conforme à la description. Escalier menant à l'étage pour accéder à la douche et au WC (en passant par la chambre "parentale") un peu raide. Le manque de lave linge peut être gênant lors d'un long séjour avec enfants. Aire de loisirs avec plage surveillée l'après-midi à Lésigny. Nous y avons baigné notre chien le matin. Bon séjour.

Calme et propre

De passage seulement pour 1 nuit. Proche de la ferme des Bodins (à 25mn). Endroit très calme. Appartement refait à neuf, très propre. Très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.

Séjour Futuroscope et nature

Très bon compromis pour profiter du Futuroscope mais aussi du calme, de la nature et des jolis villages environnants. Accueil très sympathique, gîte rénové avec goût. Idéal famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants.
