Cleaning service available at an extra cost. Heating via a reversible air-source heat pump in the living room and electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Utilities included. The kitchen and its central island face the large family table and make you want to put on your apron. The property boasts a large garden, and the 60m² polished concrete terrace perfectly extends the living space outdoors. Less than 500m from the greenway, you can take advantage of this gentle route to reach the village and its shops, 3km away. Known for its thousand-year-old fair in September, Lessay holds many other treasures, such as its abbey church, its cheese factory, and its market gardens.
