This home is recently renovated and located within 200 feet of the Greenbrier River, where you can go swimming, fishing, tubing or rafting. The home comes fully furnished with a 70" TV and Roku, newly remodeled kitchen and comfortable dining area.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a hometown feel. Close to grocery stores, food and a convenience store with gas.

Nearby attractions include Bluestone Lake, Pipestem State Park, Lost World Caverns and Organ Cave. Alderson is the home of West Virginia s largest 4th of July festival!
