"We absolutely loved this property. We had been travelling for a couple weeks, multiple hotels and various beds. This property by far was the best hotel. The room is enormous. Enough room for 2 king beds, a table with 4 chairs, a desk with a chair, fridge, closet...and the bathroom was huge. There is even a little area for your pup to do their business. There is not a lot of grassy areas around this hotel, but they have made one, with a little picnic table to sit at while you wait. That's awesome. The whole thing was super comfortable. Lots of food choices if you want to walk to them. With all the one way streets, its a little easier. The staff at the hotel are also amazing and super willing to help you out - what ever your needs are. Heather was awesome helping with our reservations and check in. This place is an 11 of 10 for us."

"Very well kept, clean and cozy studio. It was perfect size for 2 adults and our 2 dogs. We did feel some awkwardness having to encrouch in the owners backyard and living space since the yard is free range and dogs need to walk everywhere before finding the right spot. We might have felt more at ease if the yard was partitioned for the guest suite only but definitely wpuld recommend and will book on our future trips to Redding. "

You MUST REMEMBER or check your reservation confirmation email for which room is yours. Otherwise, you will be in the hall. wondering which door is yours."
