"Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable with a ton of pillows. Bathroom was modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really good and a nice start to our day traveling. "

"Shasta Inn was so good to us! We were traveling South from WA/Oregon, and we needed a place to sleep last minute so Mouth Shasta was it. When we pulled in, I had a mini heart attack because office was closed and we almost left thinking we had lost our reservation. We used the emergency phone they provided by front office, and the gentleman who answered the phone walked us through getting into our room for our late check-in. Once we were in our room, wow. From the decor, to the mattresses, the amount of towels, the cleanliness… everything was absolutely perfect! We slept like babies! Thank you Shasta Inn for making our stay easy and stress-free. For anyone do g a late check-in, make sure you call before 8:30 to let the staff know you’re checking in late. We will for sure be coming back! "

"Got to motel to be informed that they hadn’t reserved the king sized bedroom. We were offered a room with two doubles for the same price as though that was a favour. The room was barely big enough for two beds and was dated. Oh well, it was only one night and was away from the interstate so was quiet. "

"Pine Needles Inn is a renovated 1970's era roadside motel. It was a good value and perfect for a overnight stop of long road trip, easy access to dinner and breakfast locations in Mt. Shasta. Stayed in a basic room, which was very clean and functional. "

"We love the surroundings. The staff was great. The place was clean and well organized. The room was a little small and we could hear our neighbors talking and their footsteps. The bed didn't have a bed sheet. It had a comforter over it. We questioned if the cover of the comforter was washed, although it looked clean. The breakfast was ok. My wife didn't like it. Overall, it was a good stay, but we wouldn't go back. "
