Renovated farmhouse by Mid Ohio Race Track, snow trails, access to amphitheater!

If you are looking for a unique stay, this is for you! This property is home to the Songbird Music Venue where greats like: Joann Jett, Hall & Oates, Loverboy, and Reba performed. This renovated 1890’s farmhouse with music decor is only a short walk on the property away from the Amphitheater where these artists performed. You will be able to visit and spend time on the amphitheater where you can sit and have some drinks or play some of the games there. The house has a large deck with patio furniture to sit and enjoy some coffee in the morning listening to the wildlife. 4 person hot tub to relax and unwind. The inside features 3-4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are several games inside, a cozy electric fireplace and pellet stove for the winter months. There is also a fire pit available for guests to use. The house sits smack dab in the middle of 60 acres. The owners do live on site but will only interact with guests if the guests would like to know more about the history of the amphitheater or house! Currently the house is heated with baseboard electric heaters in all the rooms, an electric fireplace in living room and/or pellet stove. We can assist with pellet stove if needed. During very cold times the pellet stove is needed to help heat. Furnace and
A/C scheduled to be installed in the spring. This is a fully renovated 1890's Farmhouse on 12 acres nestled down a private community drive. Owners live on site on surrounding acreage. You will have shared access to a large amphitheater that hosted legends such as: Joann Jett, Loverboy, Hall & Oates, Reba McEntire and many others. Be sure to check the architecture, play some games (corn hole, air hockey, basketball) or just relax and enjoy the view! 14 min drive to Mid-Ohio Sports car course/ Campers welcome onsite (Extra fee)

Wow! Just awesome!
This place is amazing. Perfect for race weekend or farm getaway for a family. House had everything and property has hot tub, fire pit, even has an amphitheater on the property! House also had a nfl blitz game to pass the time! lol! Can’t recommend this place enough….beautiful setting! 6 mile easy drive to track….

I am originally from Bucyrus and for my work i cover a good chunk of central Ohio. That said i have been in the area of tbe VRBO property many times but never would have guessed that something like this exists so close to home. My friends and I rented the home for two nights and the host had the property running like a well oiled machine. Firewood, grill with utensils, 4 muffins waiting on us when we walked in, heater running etc. Whenever we needed anything (pellets for the heater) they were dropped off in minutes. This is a newer VRBO rental but they are killing it already 5/5 stars.

Spring break getaway at the Music House
The rooms were nice. The wood stove and fireplace was cozy. Nice and quiet. The hot tub was relaxing. Arcade football game for kids. Close to Mansfield destinations. The kids had a fun time.
