Checked in at noon but couldnt get in room till 1\. Tried to turn ac down as was over 90 outside. Had like a light switch/toggle for ac/heat? And 2 tstats (both different) on each side of toggle, neither worked. Went to desk was told it will cool down,just put between 65-70\. Did that left to go do things came back and spent several hrs never cooled down and actually got warmer. When talking to manager, he never came to look at it. Pretty rinky dink set up. Tv was pretty small as well. Bathroom was pretty scary looking with an old looking like furnace and what ever else that was just in this closet like space with no door. Decided to just go find a different hotel and when we walked in office guy said will give you new room as he saw us loading car. Way too late for that. Did not get refund, just wanted to get out. All in all room was pretty scary and would NEVER recommend this place. Couple of locals said place was crappy as well. A watch was left in our room, called the next day and was told they couldn't check the room because too much snow, 7in. I called an other business, and they told me there was maybe 2 to 3 in. The woman I talked to told me she didn't know anything about a missing watch, that her sister ,the owner was in India and wouldn't be back for 3 weeks. It was the same woman that checked me in.
