Staff seemed confused, had to return to office to settle confusion after settling into room. Room appeared grimy and smelled strongly, had to air out for hours. Needs remodel and deep clean. Upon arriving at the hotel late at night with my 3 kids the front office manager told me directly and without apology that she had given away the double room I had booked. All she had was a room with one king bed that I only accepted out of desperation and exhaustion. The room was below average, broken towel rack in bathroom, dirty pictures on the walls and dirty towels in the bathroom as well. I asked for clean towels and was once again given dirty towels.
