Don't want to go through the hassle of finding furnished accommodation in Liège? Book this studio, you will not be disappointed! **The studio** The entrance gives access to the living room which includes a kitchen/dining table area with a lounge area. The bedroom area with double bed is right next door and the bathroom with shower and WC. The accommodation has a good wifi connection. **Access** On the first floor and at the end of a long corridor, accessible by stairs **The neighborhood** The street is quite busy, however the studio is relatively quiet because it is located at the rear of the building.You will appreciate the proximity to all amenities: restaurants, bars, shops; but also theater, cinemas and gym! What if with all this, you want to take a coffee break? Go to Merlix Cats Café, the café on the ground floor, which offers you a coffee while being surrounded by cats! **Transportation** You will be able to access the accommodation: - By **train** : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutesin bus) - By **bus** : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines - By **car** : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for residents of the street, but it is possible to park on the streets neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette). **Welcome** On your arrival, you will be greeted by a person from the agency who will give you the keys, take stock of the premises and give you as many good addresses as possible in Liège!
