Some staff were super helpful and others quite rude! The parking info is confusing. Parking is very limited. Bits of the bathroom were broken including the shower head which couldnt be moved to a full shower height

Do not book! The property is not safe. It is in administration and there are squatters IN THE APARTMENT! We had to book another hotel. Thankfully there was one other room in the entire city. I’m trying to get my money back from hotels.com.

Location was ok for city centre. Apartment was on ground florr next to busy road and buildings front door that slammed shut everytime someone entered/exited which was often. No English instructions for appliances (heating/oven) and vendor didn't answer messages when we enquired about them.

The ferry ride was very enjoyable. Carre Noir on en Neuvice is a delicious chocolate boutique you should visit. Try Peket, a juniper flavored liquor. The prices compared to Bruges and Brussels were very reasonable for dining out and groceries.
