“This property is quite large and run like a hostel. There were maybe six rooms that were occupied while we were there. We had an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room and sun room are shared spaces as is the TV and fridge. The common areas are under utilized by the tenants. If you’re looking for a convenient place to lay your head before boarding a flight at Gatwick this will work. We’ve never rented a room in a house before. Not sure we’d do it again. "The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport."
