The noise was excessive to the point that at 22.40 i called the customer service line regarding the banging and crashing coming from above. We were told to wait till the morning and inform who was in charge which we did as the noise didn't stop till much later. On discussing this this morning nothing was said just a shrug of shoulders. Our Money had been taken so it seemed didn't matter to them. The only window was frosted for privacy but natural light is therefore restricted. Bed very comfortable, shower and loo facility very good. Had a meal in the evening which include a Sri Lankan Veg Curry followed by Cherry Pie and a couple of pints of local ale. Thoroughly enjoyed everything. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Had the standard cooked breakfast…….toast was barely toasted and served with margarine rather than butter. Mushrooms and tomato were lacking flavour and scrambled egg average quality. Bacon and sausage ok. Coffee good.
