Lovely room, nice rural location

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were not made to feel rushed, even though we arrived as the restaurant should have been closing. Excellent evening meal.

Great stay

Had a fantastic stay here prior to an early flight. Lovely welcome and we ate in the pub which was delicious-highly recommend and the service was excellent too. We needed to leave too early for breakfast and the team were kind enough to put a little continental pack together for us. Will absolutely stay again in future

Amazing!

Amazing place to stay with history and cozy English cottage ambiance. Great friendly staff, beautiful linens in rooms, not huge so never overrun, in a quiet area about 12 min taxi from Gatwick airport. Absolutely wonderful food options and portions. Can’t stress these awesome things enough! Wish I could stay there!

Very comfortable stay

Helpful staff. Very comfortable room with lovely quality items such as pillow spray, ground coffee and toiletries in bathroom. We arrived too late for food but were treated to some lovely cheese, chutney and crackers

The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful but it was on the same level and overlooked the beer garden, so I think that this could be a problem in the summer. It also had an interconnecting door, which meant I could hear my noisy neighbours very clearly!

Staff really helpful and welcoming. Service and food in restaurant excellent. Room lovely, just too hot and bed frame very noisy. Also green light on ceiling which was on all night made room to bright for us.

Required accommodation with our dog, for Gatwick Airport. Fulfilled all our needs. The room was ideal with access to the spacious garden.Very good parking with easy access to our room. The beer garden was a bonus, very quiet when we were there. Had an evening meal which was very good. The staff were exceptional, very friendly.
