Tout était impeccable : la propreté irréprochable, les équipements complets et fonctionnels, et une attention portée à chaque détail pour rendre notre séjour agréable. "Le logement est super, propre, très bien équipée, moderne, tout est neuf, une terrasse couverte avec plancha électrique, une terrasse au soleil avec table et fauteuils, un cabanon avec 4 vélos, c'est très reposant avec la piscine dans la résidence, pistes cyclables et circuits de randonnée à proximité, la mer à 2 kms. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous reviendrons. "

"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"The staff was very friendly when I checked in and when I asked how to close my door (the lock was finicky). Parking was adequate. Didn't have breakfast. Comfy bed. Nice shower (one that doesn't have a door but also doesn't spray out into the room). Limited outlets made recharging devices take on a triage system. Heard everyone who came in after 2 AM, as all doors seemed to slam shut. Coats of paint are needed everywhere, and the place could use a decent renovation. Great boulangerie across the street, and grocery right next door."
