Welcome to rest, relaxation and comfort. Whether you just hit it big on The Big "M" Casino Boat, are hitting happy hour at the Little River waterfront (known as Little Key West), or are relaxing after a day on the beach or fishing this new construction home will "wow" you with the best of basic amenities. Only a short walk to Little River's incredible restaurant offerings and waterfront and short drive to Calabash, Cherry Grove and North Myrtle Beach. This home offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bathroom. The spacious living room and kitchen offer plenty of essentials to make it feel like home including smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, state of the art oven and refrigerator with ice maker. The smart thermostat and ceiling fans throughout will keep you at a happy temperature even on the hottest of southern days. A full size washer and dryer are in the laundry room and the exterior patio and grill offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastal weather. This home is privately owned and managed, and there has been great attention to detail to offer the most clean and comfortable experience possible. There is enough room for 2 parking spaces, but please do not park beyond the edge of the house in the driveway. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood towards the end of a cul-de-sac.

Please be respectful of neighbors and honor quiet time at 10PM.

No smoking in home. There will be a $100 fine if there is to be found evidence of smoking in the home.

Please do not remove fan remotes from the wall. The fan speed can be adjusted from where they are. Removal of these remotes will result in an additional charge.

Smart thermostat should only be used to adjust the temperature to your comfort level. This can be done from the screen that comes up from the first tap. The system is remotely monitored. Changing anything but the temperature will result in an additional charge.

The laundry room light has a night light feature. If you hit the switch and the light is dim, simply turn it off and back on for the regular light.

The pad on top of the dryer is also for ironing.

There are exterior cameras that point out from the house. Please do not put grease down the drains and do not flush anything except for toilet paper in the toilet.

The floors are painted concrete. While they do show some minor imperfections, you can rest assured they are cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

Please note there are 2 different fire extinguishers in the kitchen. There is a full size as well as smaller kitchen fire extinguisher.

There is an owners lockout room and shed. There will be no other occupants during any stay booked via VRBO.

All 3 TVS(living room, and both bedrooms) are Smart ROKU TVs. You are able to login to any of your own streaming sites on guest mode.
