“This cozy home is exactly what we needed. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The decor is well thought out and communicates a welcoming and comfortable home. Kara, the owner, was so hospitable and accommodating when we experienced an unexpected event. Indeed this beautiful setting is amongst the kindest people we’re have ever met. I highly recommend this place to stay.”

“Wonderful cabin on a quiet lake. Plenty of room for everyone. No hustle and bustle of a resort so the kids were able to bond more this week. The swimming area was nice and fishing was plentiful!”

“It's not the taj mahal, and neither is the price. Very utilitarian for the 5 of us for the nights we stayed. If you are a stay inside family, this is not for that. It's simple, it's clean, pricing is on point. I have stayed in hotels and motels all over the country, and this is the higher end of bargain price quality. We definitely appreciated our stay here, and will be staying again in the future! ”

“The house worked well for our group - two couples and three kiddos. It had everything we needed for cooking in and all the spaces to relax in and out. We rented a pontoon boat which we appreciated docking at the rental for making exploring voyageurs national park easy. We really enjoyed the trip and the cabin was great! ”

“Perfect place for a place to stay to enjoy the area. Gracie our Golden loved that she was able to come along with us and enjoy the outdoors. Easy access to different places to eat and many places to explore.”

“The bathroom was the biggest problem with mold and moldy black baseboards coming apart at the base molding. (No pun intended.) The hot water heater was literally next to the bed, covered in carpeting with loose screws on top. The location was misrepresented and not in the park or even in a wooded area, but on an atrial street in a neighborhood.”

“Loved the cabin with the two bedrooms & bathroom great shower! Having the separate bunkhouse for our daughter’s family with little kids was perfect. The space around the property is ideal to have campfires, play games & set up kids swings. Nice beach & dock but lots of weeds. My favorite place is the swing overlooking the lake for reading & quiet time!”

“It was wonderful to get away to the beautiful surroundings of Minnesota. Quiet, serene, tranquil. Mid-July was definitely a time for biting insects, but apply Off and enjoy the lake. We had everything we needed and more. It was nice to stay at a listing that took the extra step to provide things like trash bags, tp paper, and paper towels. Can't say enough positive things about the owner and communication. 10/10 for sure! Would definitely stay again if vacationing in that part of the US. ”

“3 nights on the shores of Lake Kab. Stunning views, and incredible hosts made the long weekend a perfect get away to fish and kayak the lake. We will be back!”
