"Terrible experience. The bathroom was disgusting. The property never responded or offered to change accommodations. The shower is full of mold and in terrible conditions. "

"Without being noticed , i found out that the location of the accomodation would be unknown until the day of arrival in Livigno. This is a issue that gives you the greatest discomfort . We were a bunch of friends, in diferent locations.I stayed at Roullete and I was not able to have Any ideea about my location until the day I arrived.(in spițe of the fact that when I booked I ve seen some pictures from the interior that Belongs to some other location. The worst thing is that they never notice...

"Struttura vecchia, sporca e con riscaldamento inefficace. Bagni improponibili senza finestre, asse del gabinetto rotta e sporca . Cucina mal attrezzata è datata. Odore di chiuso ovunque : nonostante le temperature polari prima di ogni sonno dovevamo spalancare le finestre . La stanza con i letti singoli è sopra un garage /officina da cui salgono odori di gasolio e mantengono fredda la stanza perché il locale sottostante non è riscaldato. Pessima esperienza da non ripetere ! NON ANDATECI "

"Pros: La casa era in una posizione fantastica, praticamente sulla via principale. Completa di ogni confort (c'era perfino la lavastoviglie) e di tutti gli accessori per cucinare. La proprietà aveva un posteggio privato dove abbiamo lasciato la macchina e ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Patrizia (la proprietaria) è gentilissima, molto disponibile e attenta ai bisogni dei suoi ospiti. Noi non siamo sciatori ma per chi lo fosse è disponibile anche il deposito sci e scarponi. "All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room on the third floor was immaculate. They've done a great renovation of the hotel. Our blacony overlooked the square which was quiet and had views of the mountain. The staff were accomodating when we needed extra things to help with our stay. Generally a really positive vibe here."
