Not complaining, but just listing some details that may be helpful to others:
- parking is a number of blocks away, and there is nowhere for you to idle your car nearby (safely) to drop off bags
- breakfast is not included and is 20 euros (!!) per person, per day. Many other places in the area have breakfast included. We stayed in three other hotels in the Dolomites, and this was the only place that did not include breakfast automatically.
- there is no air conditioning. Yes, this is typical of the area. However, due to this you may need to keep the window open to cool the room. Fine, except due to being near streets, street noise (loud) starts around 5am.
- the shower is incredibly tiny. (this one is a complaint), and there is no fan in the bathroom.
Overall, our stay was fine. It served our purpose. But I wanted to share this information in case it was helpful to someone else. No need for a response from the hotel. :)
