The room had a window A/C unit, which meant lots of outdoor street noise. The bathroom ceiling leaked into the tub. The room was clean, but dingy, and it had a damp smell.

We loved the location and staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and mostly kid friendly. The sink was a bit high for small kids (4-7) to reach, but overall, great experience!
