“Great location. Grocery store, mall, park, and historical area within walking distance, although view from room is not that nice; surrounding area isn't that scenic. Staff were very quick to respond to my complaints. Can't give a high rating because my room wasn't clean when we arrived. Garbage not emptied, microwave smelled like popcorn from last guest; my husband cleaned the toilet. Shower leaked. Sheets were clean and changed however. “It’s a convenient location but the hotel itself is nothing special. The rooms are dark and kinda small, lacking wow factor. Everything is very used, stains on the couch in the room and the lobby and the patio upstairs. It’s fine for the money truly a 3 star hotel, breakfast is one plate served of warm food and a small selection bread and a cup of yogurt - nothing impressive but does the trick. “The property was very clean and modern looking. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to guest requests. Kids enjoyed the lobby area where they have a coloring pad. The parking lot was a short walk away from the hotel however, it was a very secure a lot and very easy in and out. There is a reserved spot right next to the hotel entrance for luggage drop off and pick up before you head to the parking lot.
