"Artemis Ranch and Retreat is an absolutely incredible property. It’s truly like being on safari without going to Africa. Our hosts, Ty and Leslie, were so helpful and accommodating throughout our week visiting their property. Our grandchildren were in awe of the animals, from Tank- the rhino to the sweet giraffes, including a new baby, to the zebras and wildebeests, and so many more. The Vista Cottage and the lodge are beautiful properties. Chef Kourtney prepared a delicious picnic lunch for us on the patio at the lodge one day- the views were phenomenal. She also prepared a steak dinner for us one evening and served it at the cottage- again, absolutely delicious. Our last morning, the guys enjoyed shooting sporting clays. There are two wineries nearby with amazing views and fantastic wines. This was such a memorable time. Highly recommend!!"

"We enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious and the games were such a fun touch. We enjoyed playing pool! Beds were comfy, plenty of space to either be close and hang out with our family, and spread out when we wanted to rest. The views were beautiful! AC worked perfectly and kept us nice and cool on a hot summer day. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. "

"We stayed for a weekend in connection with picking up our son from a nearby camp. The house was nice and clean. The water level was low so you had to walk a bit or take your car to the neighborhood boat launch. We did that and the kids loved swimming in the lake. Walking the lakebed area was very cool in the early morning too. Friendly people in the area. The owners offer a lot of amenities that are great if the water level is normal. There are a lot of cool features to the property. The kitchen is nice and big. "

"Out family has stayed here a few times evey time is always nice.As soon as u enter the property you know its a safe quiet and chill vibe.Deers roam the property early in the a.m and at night its nice to see them so close. Fishing dock is short walking distance from ur comfy rooms. Great AC, smart tvs,great water pressure. Property manager answers ur messages pretty quickly and it just nice overall 👌"

"Me and my husband wanted to have a quiet getaway for the weekend. This was perfect. The cabin was so cute. The pool was excellent and we enjoyed feeding the animals. I highly recommend. "
