"The evening front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly. But the room itself was outdated and not what we expected from what the pictures online showed. The shower was dingy, there was soap scum on the sink, and there were a few hairs on one of the beds. Breakfast was decent. "

"The cabin was perfect for my two boys and me. It worked great as a base camp to explore the area. The hot tub worked great and we used the firepit, charcoal grill, and gas grill. Kitchen was tight but plenty of room for the three of us.Our host, Judy, was the highlight though. Friendly, responsive, helpful and that perfect combination of service without being intrusive. She made our time in the cozy cabin a joy.I'd stay here again anytime."

"Although the Best Western advertises itself as a leader in Pet friendly hotels, when we got there late at night with our dog, we were refused and they said they do not allow dogs. It out us on a bind."

"The pool was closed. Vending machine broken. Light switch in room did not work. Had to walk halfway into the room in the dark to turn on the lamp. Bathroom faucet was loose. "

"Clean room and comfortable stay. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty though. Quick simple breakfast options and yummy. Front staff were friendly but didn’t interact with much. I was surprised by a $50 deposit I was charged and was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. There wasn’t any advertisements/notifications about that. "
