The staff were very helpful and kind! I did not feel very safe in my room given that there was an open space between the door and doorframe. The elevator shook and made creaking noises. The towels were meant to be white, but were yellow, and each of my towels had hair in/ on them.

This is seriously the best hotel Ive ever been to. And im 40! Had room 103 so we was right by the front desk where breakfast is and the 24/7 coffee machines. Staff was amazing. They have a pool i didnt get to swim in, but have a little gym i exercised in until 4 in the morning. Very kind and friendly and the best breakfast bar ive ever seen in my life! If I could give 10 stars I would! If in Columbus again, will definitely book here. Very nice and cozy and the showers are amazing! So refreshing! Also the mirror has a bright light around it and a good counter right there to put make up on at. Thanks guys!
