When your booking has been confirmed we'll ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you'll need to provide official photographic identification. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Our standard check-in time is 16:00 - 20:00. If you'd like a flexible check-in or out, just let us know and we'll be happy to help. Check-ins at 13:00 - 15:30 extra £30. Check-ins after 21:00 extra £50.
