The pool was closed for half our stay and it seemed fine and the lady at the front desk just wasn’t wanting to deal with people in the pool at night, so she “closed it for maintenance.”

Love this hotel, it has so much potential. Need better towels, in-room shampoo/conditioner etc, better office chairs, and a couple of the staff need some customer service training. With all that being said it is a new building in a great location for the KY horse park that allows dogs. I would stay here again and bring my own towels, silverware, and shampoo etc. But this hotel is so close to being great I hope they pull it together.

My family spent the night before catching an early morning flight. The room met our need for a location close to the airport. Beds were squeaky and there was some noise from the street. Staff were friendly.

Noisy room over the air conditioning units- in room air conditioning noisy as well. View was of filthy roof . Not one piece of art or anything decorative in the room.. shower was okay but step in tub to shower which is so dated. Staff was nice, especially James . Bar service okay. Just dated property, nothing resort about it.

"Unfortunately I am a light sleeper and the room I was given was right next to the 2 floor stair well. People were in and out of that door until after 11 and once around 3;15 am.
