Overall, check-in was easy with great multi-channel communication, but receiving piecemeal details across multiple messages made information hard to find; a single centralized guide would be much better.
The property had notable deferred maintenance, including warped cabinets and floors, a loose faucet, poor shower caulking, and missing kitchen tile. While generally tidy, we found visible dust bunnies, hair in the bathroom, and dingy rugs. Soundproofing was also minimal, letting us clearly hear neighbors and causing discomfort.

Location was great, first off. The place reminded me a lot of my first apartment, which made this stay very nostalgic and cozy. Our walk to Kemba Live was only an 8-minute walk, which was nice even in the light rain. The place was clean and had a lot of room and amenities. I would definitely recommend this place and company to others. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we are in the area!
