“We had a lovely family room which was very spacious and beautiful, overlooking the garden. The bathroom had a welcomed walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and professional. Pleasant evening-turn downs with a room refresh given. Villa Lara is 1 minute walk from the Tours pick-up, the Cathedral, shops and great restaurants. Highly recommended. ”
“Lovely Comfort room with huge balcony overlooking the sea. Excellent busy restaurant with friendly staff. Limited parking at hotel but plenty of parking opposite. Close to other facilities but peaceful area and lots to watch along the promenade.”

We were in a stand alone house operated by the hotel. The only issue we believe exists, is the need for additional seating in the common area. Such as a large sofa.
The location is a few minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the tapestry. A great home base for Normandy battle sights.
