Accueil inexistant, le jeune homme en charge de l'accueil dort en permanence par terre derrière le comptoir. Ne rien lui demander car on sent bien qu'on le dérange ! Service médiocre : le ménage n'a pas été fait. Wifi trés peu performant. Petit déjeuner non testé. Seul l'emplacement est bon... "

"The room we got was a bit dated. Quite a few damage amenities in the room. Limited t.v channels. Dirty sheets and pillows. Cold and limited breakfast. Carry your own luggage. Quite far from city center and will cost 100,000 kp one way. Free tuk tuk to the airport, but don’t forget to grab your own luggage. "

"Room had many large bugs and geckos, including the biggest cockroach! When we told the staff, they just offered to kill the insects, and didn’t offer for us to switch rooms or any other services. The place feels run down. The shower is in the same area as the toilet with nothing separating them, so the toilet gets wet when you shower. One big perk is free drinking water."
